GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme is a company of long tradition in special machinery whose roots reach back to the year of 1851. Since the end of the 19th century it has built slitter rewinders for a wide range of applications in the paper, film and foil industry.

In the fifties of the 20th century the 5,000th slitter rewinder was supplied. Up to now about 9,000 machines have been supplied to customers worldwide, among these about 2,500 machines of the successful model GOEBEL rapid.

Since 2001 the activities of our independent company are focussed on the design and construction of slitter rewinders. Customer-sensitivity, high quality and state-of-the-art technology are the stakeholders of our policy.

Our network co-operation with agencies all over the world keeps us in close contact with our customers. Well-known enterprises of the paper, film and foil converting industry have been partners of GOEBEL Schneid- und Wickelsysteme for many years.
